2020 can’t come to a halt soon enough.

Remember all those resolutions we had for this year? Everything we were going to accomplish in the new decade? All those trips we couldn’t wait to take? That was cute.

However, there is a silver lining in all of this. And that is our ability to adapt and pivot. This couldn’t be more true when we look at the restaurant industry.
